We had almost decided to purchase the fire online as it was £200 cheaper but soon realised that we would not receive the 5 year warranty or technical support that purchasing from Premier Fireplaces would provide. Julia’s expertise proved invaluable as our gas fitter encountered a few hitches along the way and needed frequent advice. Julia responded to our phone calls and E Mails very promptly and the fire was installed successfully.
We are delighted with the outcome and our only regret is that we didn’t ask Premier Fireplaces to carry out the whole process. We would certainly recommend Julia and Premier Fireplaces to anyone seeking an excellent friendly and professional service.
